This hoppy brew is an ode to the vibrant and eclectic neighborhood our Des Moines Taproom calls home. It’s an IPA with a vibrant copper hue and a diverse citrusy, piney, and fruity flavor profile. Generous amounts of Mosaic and Citra hops are added multiple times in the boil and in dry hopping. Varieties of pale malt make this a well-balanced brew.
